The dealer intake scan

When a car arrives — trade-in, auction buy or transfer — your team photographs it once. Auto Inspect builds the report and adds it to the vehicle's record.

Scan the disc and VIN

Photograph the licence disc and VIN plate. Registration, VIN, engine number, make, model and disc expiry are read for you.

Walk around the car

Front, rear, both sides, four corners, dashboard, interior, boot, engine bay and each tyre. Works offline — photos send when you have signal.

Confirm the findings

Suggested defects, the odometer and tyre sizes appear next to each photo. Your inspector accepts or rejects every one.

Sign off and share

A branded A4 report in your own look, with photos, condition at a glance, tyres, odometer and a QR code anyone can check.

A record that follows the car, not the owner

Every inspection, odometer reading, roadworthy test and change of hands lands on one timeline keyed on the VIN. Corrections are added, never overwritten. When a car comes back, you see what changed since it was last inspected.

Private by design. Owners, buyers and their ID numbers are never on the record. A business sees a vehicle's full history only while it holds the car — and can share a time-limited link with a buyer. Every look is logged.
